Kathleen Bideaux is the founder and principal consultant of Elevate Consulting UT, where she partners with nonprofits, government agencies, schools, and community organizations to strengthen programs, build organizational capacity, and secure sustainable funding. Throughout her career, she has helped clients secure more than $100 million in grants and philanthropic support. She also works with Terrace Metrics to help organizations use resilience-based assessment data and curriculum to strengthen outcomes for youth. Kathleen is passionate about practical leadership, continuous improvement, and helping organizations turn ideas into measurable impact. she enjoys Utah's parks, traveling, concerts, going the theater with family and friends.
