As the coordinator of the Ogden City CTC coalition, David collaborates closely with healthcare partners and civic leaders to advance data-driven initiatives that enhance community well-being. He brings both professional expertise and lived experience in recovery to his advocacy, shaping a compassionate, pragmatic, and systems-informed approach to addressing substance use.
