About me
Adam Sherlock has worked with young people for over 25 years, both within the Juvenile Justice system, rehabilitation centers, and for the last 17 years at Spy Hop Productions, where he works with a cohort of teaching artists to provide award-winning multimedia arts programming to thousands of students every year. Overseeing and refining Spy Hop's Community of Practice, a philosophical framework based upon years of research and methodology, is one of his proudest achievements. Adam believes that the most powerful positive development for young people is to see that they belong, and that their ideas have value, and that the collaborative arts is the most effective and meaningful way to accomplish that. He is also a freelance illustrator, filmmaker, puppeteer, musician, toy maker, and podcaster.
