Erin Gates is the principal of Fox Hollow Elementary School in Lehi, Utah with the Alpine School District. Holding an MA in educational leadership and policy studies, Erin previously served as an administrator in a Leader in Me Lighthouse District, where she spearheaded whole-child initiatives and student leadership frameworks. With an extensive background in classroom teaching and administration, Erin is highly dedicated to the power of connections and relationships. She specializes in creating positive, inclusive cultures and is committed to supporting supervisors, training front-line staff, and partnering with families to build strong, resilient communities.
