About me
Holly Phillips has served as the Director of Operations for the Utah Afterschool Network since 2021. With a background in environmental education, she is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity and connection. Before joining UAN, Holly spent five years as an Education Technician Park Ranger at Rocky Mountain National Park, where she inspired youth to explore and learn through nature. Today, she brings that same enthusiasm to supporting high-quality afterschool programs across Utah.
