JoAnna Hagen Manzanares holds a B.S. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and a National Administrator Credential (NAC). With nearly 20 years dedicated to early childhood development, she serves as the Director of Little Learners Charities, the largest non-profit childcare facility in Carbon County. Under her leadership, the center operates strictly as a non-profit, re-investing every resource to ensure quality care and early education remain accessible to local families. Beyond her work in early education, JoAnna serves her community as a Volunteer Firefighter and AEMT. At home, she is a proud wife of 24 years and mother of five. As both a director and a fellow parent, JoAnna is passionate about building strong foundations for children, families, and her community.
