About me
Dr. Palak Gupta is an Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist for Hunger Solutions at Utah State University and Co‑Director of the Hunger Solutions Institute. She is faculty in the Master of Public Health (MPH) program, where she teaches graduate‑level courses focused on applied public health practice. Dr. Gupta’s work centers on improving nutrition security and addressing social determinants of health through community‑engaged research, school‑based initiatives, and practical Extension programming. She is especially passionate about translating evidence into action that supports families, schools, and communities.
