Kimberly Jacobsen is an educator, author, entrepreneur, and Certified 10X Business Coach with more than 15 years of classroom and youth-development experience. As founder of Total Impact Hub, she creates practical programs that help youth and adults build confidence, strengthen skills, and take purposeful action toward meaningful goals. Kimberly holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and previously worked with 4-H youth as a Colorado State University Extension Agent. She is passionate about goal setting, leadership, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and making learning engaging and relevant. She enjoys pickleball, travel, community events, and time with her family.
