About me
As a School-Age Child Care (SACC) Specialist with UAN, Verlina "V" Adame supports childcare programs throughout the state through coaching, training, and technical assistance. She brings 14 years of experience to the child care and afterschool field, including 11 years as an instructor at the Northern Child Care Resource Agency at WSU.
V keeps her ADHD brain organized through stacks of sticky notes and a color-coded calendar. She is always ready to engage in meaningful conversations around neurodiversity, adult resilience, mental health, and grace.
V enjoys listening to music in the car WAY too loud, hiking, crafting, and spending time with her family. As a lifelong learner, she can often be found with a nonfiction book in hand or an education podcast playing.
