Sharilee Griffiths is a popular speaker, and youth development advocate with 30+ years of experience presenting at local, state, and national conferences. She has delivered hundreds of workshops on youth leadership, mentoring, community engagement, volunteerism, family engagement, and prevention.

She serves as Director of the Discovery Family Coalition, where she helps communities strengthen youth outcomes by engaging families through fun, meaningful shared experiences. Sharilee believes that parents are among the most important influences in a child's life and that strong family connections are the foundation of prevention. Through her work, she has helped countless organizations, communities, and families create opportunities for youth to thrive.
