Welcome to UAN's 22nd Annual Jump Start Afterschool Conference, October 9-10, 2026, at the Ogden Eccles Conference Center!
Over the next two days, you’ll have access to 67 sessions created with afterschool professionals in mind. Whether you’re looking for practical strategies, fresh ideas, leadership tools, or new ways to support the youth in your programs, Jump Start is your opportunity to learn, connect, and grow.
Our theme, Little Moments, Big Outcomes, celebrates the everyday moments that make a difference. A quick conversation, a new activity, or a little encouragement can have a lasting impact on a young person. Take time to make new friends, connect with other afterschool organizations, and meet our exhibitors. You never know when a new connection, resource, or idea might be just what you need.
